Mr. Miller is responsible for advising clients and leading our organizational and marketing activities.

Previously, he was a partner and national practice leader in Risk Management for Crowe, LLC, a national accounting firm. In that capacity he provided consulting services including loan review, model validation, process improvement, and due diligence in accounting, compliance, and credit. Prior to Crowe, he worked for multiple banking organizations in sales management, credit administration, and loan review.

Mr. Miller received a BA from Albion College and has been an expert speaker at multiple banking industry conferences and events for the past 20 years.

Dan Lee – Partner

Mr. Lee is responsible for advising clients and securing partners for our various acquisition activities.

Previously, he was the Chief Credit Officer of Coastal Community Bank in Washington, Bank of the Cascades in Oregon, and Union Federal Bank in Indiana. His turnaround work for private equity sponsors led to the sale of several banks which generated over $1B of investor value.

Mr. Lee received BS and MBA degrees from Indiana University, attended the Stonier Graduate School of Banking, and is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP). He’s been a speaker at RiskMinds Americas in Boston and TechStars Startup Week in Seattle.
